As Arun labors ceaseless over the designs of the machines I spend my time attempting to organize the book.

First will be an overall history of land machines in the HQC setting, including earlier development of steam road traction when compared to Our Time Line (OTL)and earlier use of steam powered land fighting machines in the Crimea, by the Union against Petersburg in the American Civil War and by France against The Triple Empire in 1870. The abject failure of British machines in the attempt to rescue Gordon in 1884/1885 will be described.

From there we will give each nations efforts from around 1890 to 1905-1910 a detailed treatment:
History
Design agencies
Industrial concerns
Organization
Doctrine
Paint and Markings
Technical specification and details of machines with drawings

In The HQC Universe Earth has the following Great and Lesser Powers

British Empire
French Empire
Russian Empire
Austro-Hungarian Empire
Triple Empire (Spain, Portugal and Brazil)
The Ottoman Empire
The Japanese Empire
The Chinese Empire
The Kingdom of Italy
The German Confederation (including the Kingdom of Prussia)
The United States of America

Venus has two Powers that use armored land vehicles
The Marbii
The Sky Pirates

Each of these Powers will have its own section with all the above subsections. There will also be a section for commercially available and "Generic" machines as well

Are we missing anything people want to see?

In what scale should we do the drawings 1/100? 1/76? 28mm?

I'd recommend the smallest scale possible, given how big some of those vehicles of yours are.

Conversely we also have some fairly small ones as well. If we ask Arun nicely perhaps he will post some of those as well!

What? Oh, that's me!

Here is a monocycle, one of our smaller vehicles:
