Still trying my hand at Infinity figs. This time an Operation Icestorm PanO starter. The satin-sealer hazing victim got a repaint and was swapped out for the female Fusilier. (Call me crazy, but midriff-bared hotties don't belong in combat) More pictures at the blog. link Back to prepping for tomorrow night's game.

I've tried to stay away from the bare-midriff hotties myself. The worst offender is that Caledonian volunteer pack. There are two figures, one male, he is wearing a kilt, hunched over as if walking through the woods or something, wearily looking around and trying not to be seen. Thoroughly soldier looking. The chick figure in the pack is wearing a belt, sorry, a skirt. They have painted her shirt as see-through and she has her arms out to her sides almost as if saying "whatever" while chewing gum. She is thoroughly soldier-in-a-porn-movie looking.

My solution for midriff-bared babes is painting the skin as a t-shirt. It makes more sense that way. I am finishing my Operation: Icestorm set myself. I will post pictures soon.

Thought about that Beowulf, but even then 'Victoria's Secret on the Battlefield' just ain't my thing. Not when there are plenty of other options. Looking forward to seeing yours.
