I wanted to make sure everyone knows that pre-registration is open for Cincycon 2015.

Remember there are lots of nice extras when you pre-register. Along with your badge you receive 2 FREE raffle tickets and a FREE Cincycon 2015 Limited Pig adventure figure. Pre-reg will be closing Midnight of April 18th.
I am happy to announce we currently have a 137 registered events listed on our website along with 21 Tournamentsļ The closing date for registering games is Midnight of April 11th so please get them entered.
As a Badge holder you have the ability to pre-register to play in events for the weekend. Weekend badges can reserve a playing slot for 1 event for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You also get 1 additional reservation that can be used toward 1 additional event on any one of the three days. Single day badges can reserve 1 event for the day they are attending. When you see an event listed on our website that you would like a ticket for simply use your User Name and Password to log onto our website and then automatically reserve a player spot in that event. A game specific ticket will be pulled and placed with your badge. Any unused reservations can be used at the Game Registration Headquarters in the main lobby of our convention hall during the show.
It is important to note that players do not need a game ticket to play in events, however those attendees that have a ticket are reserved the first player slots.
If you are traveling from out of town we have secured a great room rate of $99.00 USD per night at the nearby Courtyard by Marriot. You can make reservations by either phone or the below website link.

If you call in your reservations please tell them you want the Cincycon Convention Rate. These rates are limited to the number of rooms available so please do not delay in making your reservations. The special convention Hotel rate ends April 9th so get it booked:)
