Nice looking but solid hard foam makes me pass on this.
At this scale if I can't take the roof off and put figures inside I don't give it a second look.

The hardfoam buildings are NOT solid! You can open them very easily and decorate the inside in your own manners.
On my website there are a lot of workshops about hardfoam models, like this one:

Thanks for the link and clarification.

Cast in one piece, you need to cut your own roof line, interior windows, doors, etc.

Too much fiddly work for me but I'm sure there are plenty who would do that.
