Getting ready to do the Philippines from 1941-1942. Does anyone know if there is a spray paint that is Khaki as a primer and first coat?

I have used various camo spray paints from Krylon as primers for armies with drab colors. The best selection is at home improvement stores

Theres always the fantasy testors spray cans and others at the hobbie stores. Might find exactly what you want.

The Army Painter range spray cans are purpose-designed as dual primer/undercoat. There are two possibilities: Skeleton Bone and Desert Yellow. I think the former is probably the best option for the light khaki drill US uniforms of this theatre, unless you're using the layer method, in which case the darker DY might be more suitable.

I just use black and paint over that. It works fine.
