Oglah Khan's Wolfboyz. Don't know about the catalogue pictures, though.

Yup Oglah Khan's Wolf Boys link They fit well with the original Citadel Hobgoblins well. They do not fit with the later abominations done as lackeys of the Chaos Dwarfs.
