There are no discussions under any headers right now. Something new? |

This is a regular occurrence now. The indexing is broken. Either go in from the front page or go into the board and hit 'sort by date' and the posts magically reappear. |

It's morning in America. The back braces are a little sturdier. The morning gin tastes a little smoother. The message boards are a little simpler. |

This is a regular occurrence now. The indexing is broken. I have a feeeling that we are seeing the infamous "lockfile" error more frequently also because of the sheer size of the databases. |

Well, at least I am getting good at manually fixing the problem… |
Martin Rapier | 05 Mar 2015 9:40 a.m. PST |
Bill, why not post up the workaround (go into board, sort by date) while the underlying issue is addressed? |
Editor in Chief Bill | 05 Mar 2015 11:10 a.m. PST |
The workaround isn't guaranteed… |

Surely it must be Frothers… In a sense, you're right. Frothers is dying as people get sick of the bullying, more people coming to TMP, more strain on the databases… |

Have to say it only happened to me once, and I'm checking in very often as in multiple time a day and every day. |
Editor in Chief Bill | 07 Mar 2015 10:32 p.m. PST |
No, it's been fixed for two days… not quite where it should be, but well enough to not lose the indexes. |
