What/who are the "smaller" medieval 20 mm ? (=compare the height between all the 20mm figures suppliers).I am looking for 20 mm figures who are close to HO figures because HO medieval is very very poor… So, the best are form me 20mm who are 18/19 mm in reality because I am trying to put them with an HO diorama. If you see the doors of a HO medieval tower/castle (Kibri/Faller…), you will see that it's very short to use real 20 mm. I know that some people have done this "comparison" (Wargames 20mm ).Thanks to everybody for your help.

Could I suggest you ask or have a good look at bennos forum. Loads of ultimate 1/72 goodness on display and discussed.

If you have any use for Dark Age stuff…check Splintered Light:

splinteredlightminis.com

Their stuff tends to run 18mmish.

Tumbling Dice and Irregular do "proper" 20mm medievals. Of the plastics, Revell are smallest …

Historifigs (old Scruby figures).

Irregular miniatures definately

Here´s a link with them stood alongside "regular" 1/72nd scale figs

"regular" as in the heights seem to have a lot of leeway within the range of 1/72nd scale figs, a Zvezda peasant (which according to PSR is 25mm) is a giant next to an airfix Robinhood fig which is only 1mm shorter at 24mm (according to PSR)

Tumblingdice are similar in size to Revell/Airfix..24mm (according to PSR)

Comparison of Historifigs (old Scruby figures) next to a HaT figure (24mm)
