We're quite pleased to bring you two new sets of 15mm civilians, which may be used in a wide variety of gaming backgrounds -- a set of standing scientists and a set of government officials being interviewed by a news team.
The scientists complement our exceptionally popular fleeing scientists -- three know-wots who will be at home in sci-fi, horror, or modern games.
It's your Info-Corps news team, reporting live from the field, interviewing a Federal minister from the hotly contested Cygnus Prime. The set contains news reporter Kylii Mendozah, her producer and cameraman, and the minister and his aide. Whilst the government figures are in vaguely futuristic official garb, the news team can be used in a number of different gaming backgrounds. They will make colourful inhabitants of a civilian setting or will require protection in a military setting. Available now, at the link below, under the heading "15mm Federal Police and Civilians." link |

You know, there's a certain disconnect between 'I can't ship this stuff out fast enough' and 'here's your daily temptation…' Just saying. Doug Course, the above brought the strangest images to me: A game company, 'I think, is like a shark. You know? It has to constantly move forward or it dies. Really, don't you want to see someone set up shop as 'Dead Shark, Ltd?' That, or a new award for the oldest company putting out the least new product FOREVER. I think it's time for my Annie Hall meds. Edit: Oh, yeah, really nice looking figs. |

So you're "just saying" that I shouldn't put new product out? |

khurasanminiatures | 04 Mar 2015 2:21 p.m. PST |
Sorry Mako, I'll set some aside for you. How many will you be ordering? |

That dumpy scientist is awesome….I might use him for a miniaturized 28mm pulp figure….those nefarious rays you know. He looks like the average gamer ? I'm all for releasing your new product…when you can, I'm just thrilled to have my thrainites |
Mako11 | 04 Mar 2015 6:54 p.m. PST |
A bunch, depending upon pricing, poses, etc. At least a full platoon, and eventually a full company, but funding the latter is a bit challenging at the moment. Any ETA on them (the Chigs)? |
khurasanminiatures | 05 Mar 2015 6:23 a.m. PST |
Twoball, very glad you like the Thrainites. I'm very pleased with the way they came out -- I wanted space dwarves that looked plausible, without big heads and feet growing directly out of pelvises. Ben was definitely the man for the job. Mako, poses have already been previewed, and they'll be about a dollar each as they are larger figures. I could probably manage a pre-order, how many are you in for? |
Heinz Good Aryan | 05 Mar 2015 7:54 a.m. PST |
female scientist looks a little like alice from workaholics
|
Bob Runnicles | 05 Mar 2015 8:18 a.m. PST |
"Bob doesn't know frack Jon." I know I could stand to see a separate pack of, say, a full bridge crew of folks wearing similar uniforms ;) *Love* the Commercial Freighter crew, btw, although shouldn't there be seven of them? I think we need another female representative. Not that said missing member really contributed much besides screaming lol. |
TNE2300 | 05 Mar 2015 8:46 a.m. PST |
bob the one missing is kane lambert is the one on the right
think they are modeled for AFTER a certain event |
Jimboba | 05 Mar 2015 11:11 a.m. PST |
If you do do a Kane (which would be awesome) could you do a version with something Gigeresque popping out! |
Redroom | 05 Mar 2015 5:38 p.m. PST |
khurasanminiatures – can I get 20 Chiggies? |
Bob Runnicles | 06 Mar 2015 9:18 a.m. PST |
That's Lambert? Wow – I was not getting that at all lol. The others are all EXCELLENT though :) |
Mako11 | 06 Mar 2015 12:16 p.m. PST |
If all 12 poses are available now, I'd love to get 36 of them. You can reach me at: topgungrav AT yahoo d0t com to discuss further |
