Scientists discover mysterious organism
And how a miniature of it? (smile)

"The never-before seen image shows a microscopic metal globe spewing out biological material feared to be an infectious agent.

Though the origin or purpose of the mysterious sphere is uncertain, experts say it could contain genetic material – the precursor to life.

They sensationally claim it could have been designed by an intelligent species to "seed" and propagate alien life on Earth.

It is the first time anything like this has been seen and points not only to the existence of extra-terrestrial life, but to complex and civilised beings watching our planet…"

That picture looks like it could be anything, and given that the two scientists in question are active proponents of the panspermia theory, one has to question their objectivity in this assessment. I would hope that they share the objects with other scientists who can do an independent study of them.

Article says NASA is doing a similar study, so we just have to wait and see if they find something similar.

Not a criticism Tango, but you know if you had added the commentary in your second post to the end of the original post it would have made your contribution far more interesting to read.
