Question about there models, do they use hard plastic (HIPS) the stuff GW uses or is it PVC, that rubbery plastic that privateer press and cool mini or not uses?

Rubicon uses the hard styrene plastic. I have several of their kits and I highly recommend them – the detail and ease of building makes them worth the price!

yes I agree lovely models

avidgamer02 Mar 2015 5:02 a.m. PST

Agreed. They are very good and well made.

And are they true 1/56 scale? Some companies say 1/56 but they aren't.

the Sherman is exactly the same size as the italeri/warlord one so they match well together

jdginaz02 Mar 2015 10:21 a.m. PST

There is a problem with the Sherman, the 76mm turret is bad. The rear of the turret is wrong, too square, and where the gun mantlet meets the turret there is a big gap. Very disappointing. The 75mm turret is very good though.

Thanks.

Do they have soldiers too or going to?

I would love to see some high quality DAK soldiers.

By any chance do you know if they are a UK company or….?

Alittle disappointed that the Tiger I doesn't come with zimmerit for the mid to late war variants.
