How long would you wait for a company to respond to an email detailing an issue with an order? |

Depends. In our hobby, probably up to a week. |

I would also check your spam box to make sure they did not already respond. |

A lot of vendors/suppliers are one man operations. They often have a full time job, wife, kids so life can take time. As suggested give it a business week. |

I would send a follow up e mail and if it is a larger outfit call them on the phone. |

If it's a large company 2 days. If it's a smaller one – maybe 4-5 days. My problem is that after a few days I forget who I emailed …. |

I just recently fixed the email service for an online supplier (a two man band). They had been dutifully replying to each question as it came through the website, but the emails vanished into a black hole due to a configuration problem and no one realised for about two weeks. I suggest you contact them again and ask if they have received your initial request. |
