KingdomCon is a local con here in San Diego, CA that is miniatures focused and a lot of fun.

I'm running "Lebowski Saves The World" on Friday, April 24 from Noon to 4pm.

Skirmish game, 28mm, Pulp Alley rules
2 players, 90 minutes
New players welcome
Everything provided
The Dude must save the world from alien invaders from another plane. In league with The Jesus, these invaders seek a powerful magic item in suburban Los Angeles. Only The Dude, Walter, Donny and Maude can stop them.

I've got the minis done and I've started on the terrain:

You got the Jesus on the Alien's side?

I always saw him as an independent contractor.

They look great, would love to play.

Awesome!

Nice! Any idea what a White Russian would do to a Martian? Thank you.

Would love to see your stats for the characters. Looks like it'll be fun!

Great stuff! Love the basing but it looks like the aliens have already taken the Dude's rug!

I have the Big Lebowski guys but they're still languishing in the to-do pile. Good to see them getting some action somewhere.

Fort Buttigieg26 Feb 2015 8:12 a.m. PST

That's amazing! I've never seen the Lebowski figures before, who makes them?

Old Slow Trot26 Feb 2015 8:20 a.m. PST

Walter probably has his bowling ball ready too.

axabrax26 Feb 2015 8:45 a.m. PST

Lol! Great to see Pulp Alley on the convention circuit--it's a fun, versatile set of rules. Creative mashup of figures too!

If you can find a way to use Bill and Ted as a deus ex machina, I will swear you are the finest GM in all of time…

@Ivor – Impact Miniatures makes them.

Much appreciated! Amazing the price difference between the lead and resin!

"This aggression will not stand, man."

Terrific idea, and great brush work, too.

I always saw him as an independent contractor.

That's just…like…your opinion, man…

(Sorry. I was just looking for an excuse.)

Play Creedence during the game, and roll no dice on shabbat.

Will there be…beverages?

blooddave08 Mar 2015 2:45 p.m. PST

@Whenever:

The great thing about KingdomCon is open alcohol is allowed everywhere, at all times. :)

However, I'll be running this game Noon-4pm, and then I am in the Kings of War tournament at 6pm, so I'll need a clear head, so no beverages for me, at least not until after the KoW tournament. :)
