North Korea, which is believed to have between 10 – 16 nuclear warheads now, may have between 20 – 100 by the year 2020:

It is also believed that they can mount at least some of them on their ballistic missiles.

Definitely bad news for the region, and my money is on the 50 – 100 range being available, in the next five years.

Theoretically, they'll be able to blanket the region with these, if they decide to get more aggressive.

Definitely bad news for the local region, and the world, I suspect.

'Soooooo, why weren't they attacked in 2003 instead of Iraq which had no nukes?'
Politics is the art of the possible. War too.

'China'
Absolutely. But South Korea may have had some objections as well.

I suspect China is not hugely happy with Scrappy Doo having nuclear toys either, but even their power is limited in NK.
