Bunch of kids in my town have a traveling basketball team. They practice outdoors-rain or shine because gyms cost $20 USD-40 an hour and you need a big deposit to get it booked. They travel up to 4 hours to games on weekends, and need drinks, fees, uniforms and so on. The couple who run it, dedicate massive hours to the whole venture; They are amazing! I pay my sons way, but feel that it is way under funded in general, and want to do more for the other 13 kids and families. I was thinking of donating 4 groups of Foundry US Plains War cavalry (20 Mtd figures)to the team. My day job gives me plenty of money and I paint for fun. I don't really need the cash from the sale of the models, and they don't need minis, but they do need the cash. I will sell them on Ebay, and give the team the proceeds to pay for expenses. Does anyone have any advice how to go about doing this and make the most to support the team? |

I don't think the kids can play basketball in those. |
