Just put up a review of the $6 USD Sci-Fi Tanks from Tehnolog, the company that brought you Robogear, Platformer and Hexagon. link Includes construction hints, resolving the kit's few shortcomings and comparison to a Leman Russ.
Definitely looking forward to fielding a platoon of these. |

nice find, definitely has a lot of possibilities |

Got some from the same Ebay seller. All the extra greeblies are great for kitbashing too. |

Is anyone importing Tehnolog into the U.S.? I am still looking for some of their "Astroid" mechs. |
ordinarybass | 21 Feb 2015 2:10 p.m. PST |
I don't think anyone is. AFAIK, the only way to find Tehnolog is via russian sellers on ebay. I think the one i link to in my blog post may have carried Astroid at one time. It's certainly worth inquiring if they could get some for you. |

They used to make a 28mm 'scorched city' plastic terrain that I bought a couple of sprues of. Good stuff and cheap. I can't find it anywhere anymore. |

I have an email from tehnolog with a contact for someone who sold their stuff to UK, admittedly the person based in Russia. I asked about wholesale but they have minimum of 10K Euro for wholesales order, this high due to Russian customs being 'difficult' about anything less. regards mmg. |

Whitphoto, the seller I link to in my sig definitely had the scorched city stuff previously. |
The Beast Rampant | 21 Feb 2015 5:10 p.m. PST |
I'd be happy if they made their other supposedly 15mm-scale tanks in actual 15mm scale. |

Several eBay sellers and at least one Russian website had them in the past, I haven't been able to find them in at least a year though. |

Really out of scale. First you have nearly six foot tall tracks Second it is far to short |
ordinarybass | 22 Feb 2015 9:58 a.m. PST |
You realize this is a pulp sci-fi vehicle, yes? I'm not sure the rules of "scale" really apply here. |
Earl of the North | 23 Feb 2015 3:48 a.m. PST |
Its a 'insert vehicle/aircraft' drone covers a lot of scale issues for sci-fi games….and if it doesn't, one man crew with AI support. |

EotN, I thought about using that justification for some pretty cool 25mm'ish tanks I saw a while back, but never pulled the trigger. These particular kits are easily big enough for a 2 man crew, though probably not much more than that. |

Well, weak-willed little man that I am, I just ordered this lot. :) Here's hoping my experience is as good as yours. :) -Edgar |

Embrace your weakness! Hope you enjoy the tanks. |

Those aren't Russian tanks…they are Ukrainian separatist ! |
flooglestreet | 28 Feb 2015 7:28 p.m. PST |
Can someone provide me a link to whoever sells these tanks? |
Capt Flash | 13 Mar 2015 8:11 p.m. PST |
@ floogllestreet- link sent for ebay seller. |

Excellent review: Nice work with raising the hull up, too. It shouldn't take much to detail those flat areas (apart from anything else the word 'stowage' jumps to the fore). If 40k is your bag, I think that's some of the best six bucks anyone could ever spend. John T |
