I'm building a 28mm Sohei army for Ronin/SAGA.

Most of my figures are Old Glory 25s. But I want to add some Sohei cavalry. As far as I can tell, my only three choices are Kingsford Miniatures, TAG, and 1st Corp.

How well do either figures mix with Old Glory 25s?

Are there any other mounted Sohei figures in 28mm I should know about? I know that Old Glory makes a mounted Sohei figure but it only comes as part of a command pack of 6 mounted figures (only one of which is a monk). I have one of those and am planning on using it as my leader.

I need a total of four mounted Sohei. The main problem with TAG is that their mounted monks come in packs of 3.

I will have to add Kingsford Sohei with bows and Perry Brothers Sohei with arquebusses to round out my army, so it's going to have a bit of variety as it is.

In terms of time period, I'm looking at the mid-16th century.

Thanks in advance any suggestions.

Kingsford are fine figures but are quite a bit larger than Perry and Old Glory.
