Here are more painted Mesonai from Khurasan , I'm using his slugs ( can't remember what they're called as mesonai blood hounds ). There's also a converted NCO figure.

I decided to make the bases by mixing PVA glue with gloss acrylics to represent marsh/swamp.

Thanks all,glad you like them.
I will eventually varnish them with semi gloss ( the whole figure) & gloss varnish ( The bases ).
The bases are very easy to do , just mix gloss acrylic with pva ( you might also experiment with acrylic gloss varnish and /or water medium) and apply with a brush.
You can also swirl small dots of colour whilst it is wet with a toothpick to create interesting patterns.

Btw these minis especially the slugs were painted using the wet on wet technique, as I explained in my previous post,
