Well, it's about time for another round up of what's new over at the Solo Wargamers Association's Lone Warrior Blog.

First up – Jonathan Aird seems to be on a bit of a reading about tanks kick with in-depth reviews of Osprey New Vanguard 15 Flammpanzer – German Flamethrowers 1941-45 PDF link and New Vanguard 1 King Tiger PDF link both excellent reads, with plenty of useful data.

The sample article of the month is Funny Little Wars –
Games of War with Classic Toy Soldiers By Jeffrey G. Chorney, lots of material on 54mm gaming from this article
originally published in Lone Warrior 178 PDF link .

Paul Le Long provides an Osprey at a glance review of Elite 144 US World War II Amphibious Tactics: Mediterranean &
European Theaters PDF link and also a wonderful full length article about Avalon Hill's game of Bull Run PDF link

Rob Morgan has a good look at Osprey 191 Henry VIII's army PDF link – with plenty of hints on how to raise forces in miniature.

And finally for now, Rob Morgan also has a look at MAA 463 Chinese Warlord Armies 1911-1930 PDF link – Warlords, armoured trains, WWI era tanks…what's not to like ?

Good soloing !
