With one custom made Friesian horse.

Converting the one horse to a Friesian is an interesting idea. I've got to think about this one. I think my conversions have all been to humans: panzer grenadier becomes Cro-Magnon man, and that sort of thing.
The warriors look nice, too.

Grelber, my next unit, will be weltheier men at arms(much less ink much more bright colors) and the enitre unit will be mounted on Friesian.

Nice looking unit! Looking forward to the classy men-at-arms

Gunfreak , those are superb. You are right with the lance problem but they are too long anyway. Lances were 3 mt. I reduced the lances by first cutting off the lance point and then reducing the lance to 6cm. Then I glued the lance point back on. Which gives them aprox. 6.5 cm in all. The gluing back on of the lance point is a breeze, no problem at all.

Yeah, that is the easiest way to make the lances look balanced. I mentioned this "problem" before, during the intermediate phase. "BelgianRay's" suggestion is easier, and you can do the conversion/fix anytime.

These look really good, Gun!…
