I do NOT need flying, fezzed, armed or otherwise equipped monkey. All I need is something like Makaka type monkey to loiter around my Renaissance Indian army bases. Who makes them? I looked at whatever Mega Miniatures called now and they don't have it. 25/28mm only. May be some toy store models I can use? Thanks.

And I do not know how to spell Makaka, my spell check doesn't even recognizes it.

Maybe macaques? Here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macaque

For miniatures, I'll poke around and see what I can find.

Yes, those. I would never think they spell like that! I am not a native English speaker and that is more like French.

Reaper does a great little realistic monkey in this pack of familiars: link

If you don't need the squirrel, rabbit, or ferret, or if you want multiple monkeys, email them, and they might sell you just the monkey(s).

Google images for "reaper monkey familiar" and you can see some closeups and painted examples.

If it were me, I think I'd go with these baboons from North Star: link

That Reaper monkey is terrific, but at USD6 for the one animal you want…

These Obelisk baboons have very long muzzles, making them look especially baboon-like: DAF%20100

Tha Baboons are indeed nice ,but not native to India

Yes, thought about baboons, but want Indian monkeys.

The Hindi word is "bandar". Maybe Google those?
