Excellent!

Seeing the title I imagined for a moment it might be one of these cheap, quickly built, quickly ruined suburban houses…

Is it sized for their figures? If so, it should work for small 25mm figures also (since the Valiant figures that I have are reasonably close in size to some true 25s I have).

Which is a good thing.

A photo with adjacent figures would be very helpful. For me I hope that it is not in scale with their figures, but what chance of them doing that? If it is then that will be yet another of their products that I will not be buying. Such a shame.

Within reason, I don't see a big problem with out of scale buildings. Most games have their ground to figure scale so out of whack anyway. My friend uses 1/72 for Command Decision but uses 15mm – 25mm buildings on the table because they just represent BUAs anyway. No one has ever complained.

I play skirmish so as long as it's close, it's OK by me. That being said, they look pretty nice.

Don't see the problem. We use scenix, conflix, Hovels and various unknowns with out 28s and our 20s and they look great. The advantage of ruins- and we've got lots of them – is that quite a lot of them can be used for Asia which is a great bonus for us.
