GW just re-launched their Harlequins range. For the first time a multipart plastic set!

I followed their announcements closely and I have to admit, I am deeply tempted to get some. Tempted enough to dust off some of my old RT era minis …

I repainted the bases from their old school green to my usual standard colours these days. Just like I did for my Guardians.

All the rest stayed pretty much the same. A solid but today unfashionable paint job, I even kept the old colour metallics!

Very nice work. I have a few waiting to be painted. I will borrow some inspiration from yours, if you don't mind.

Thanks!

For the bases I use Vallejo 70.941 and a drybrush of 70.819.

Great work. Love the r.t. paintjobs. If I may digress: How do you touch up, or update, old painted jobs on garnished minis.

My very first 40K army back in 1991 were Harlequins.

Usually ran either 35 or 36 total models and they would destroy most armies that they faced.

But then GW does what they do best and stop supporting them and without Codex/Army Book could not be used.

Just got to love GW.
