Thanks for the link – I look forward to seeing what you think of the rules once you get to try them out in a couple of weeks. I am probably going to treat myself to a spiral bound copy of the rules soon, so the thoughts of others are useful. |

Thanks for this Mike, it is a good start. I use FoW for infantry fights in WW2, and Command Decision for higher level fights, but like you, have not found an armor set that I'm happy with. However, Fist Full of TOWs has been recommended to me before, but I've never had a chance to get down to the rationale of WHY people like it. Interesting start and I'll be very interested to hear how you think it works on the table when you get the time. |

I use FFoT3 for armour rules but use Panzer Blitz for Infantry and Arty resolution. Seems to work. |

If you want higher level, I.e. Div scale battles you could try Krieg ohne Hass for WW2 with Cold War supplement free from the author. No record keeping, fast play with a full range of assets all on table ! Cheers, Lance. |

OK, I have one game played. I anticipate that I will have a blog entry done by the weekend. I do not have as much free time as I would like. I will be addressing that in my blog entry too. |

From what I've read, people like it since it permits them to put lots of armor on the table, and to resolve a complete battle relatively quickly, and simply, using the rules. |
