Hi,

I have placed an order with QRF and tried to follow it up with an email, in addition to a query in the order notes, but I have not heard back. Has anyone else had any trouble with email address?

Hope everything is ok over at QRF.

And if emailing them doesn't work…

…you could always try emailing them.

I got a helpful reply from Geoff very recently so they are still answering e-mails. Unless it is a spam filter issue (and I've had those) when He may not have seen the e-mail.

We have had a bit of an email issue, whereby I was getting emails forwarded through our new website as having come from me, with no reply email address or name!

Hopefully we fixed that problem. We now have them coming with the name, but still coming from me – 3 emails i sent earlier this week just came back as I was emailing myself. I need to manually over-ride the email address!

We do have a small backlog after a successful sale recently, which means orders are taking a little longer than we would normally hope. It can seem especially frustrating/confusing if you have a very small order and cant understand why it is taking so long. This is often because, despite appearances, we are actually a tiny company (i.e. Chas and Sarah in the factory, and they also run TSS) and we tend to process orders in, well, teh order they arrive so your order for 1 pack of infantry could well be caught up behind 3 large £200.00 GBP+ orders…

Anyway, they are a little swamped after the recent sale, but we are catching up!
