I've been experimenting with some card roads. I made up a few pieces and put them on the table to see how they looked, and got a little carried away…

I think it looks great. Some vendors are asking $20 USD for a 10" section. I may have to try it myself. ben

Yep, warping would be my question. Yours look great and I would not have thought them to be made of cardboard.

I have a slight warp issue but nothing that a little blu-tac to stick the sections down at the ends won't sort. I'm surprised how well the card held up, considering there's wall grout, PVA glue and a few coats of paint on them. The only issue I have is that the grout/paint scratches easily so I'll have to use some varnish, which will probably cause more warp.
