Eye candy first!

Two of the nine scenarios in the book, one from each campaign section…

snif.. I've been trying to preorder for a week because I want to get the pdf…

when I try to check out it tells me "it cannot ship to my US address with the selected method" but I cannot change the shipping method…

I've sent multiple emails, I got an answer to my first email offering to invoice me through paypal and. i agreed but it never happened, and then no more answers… I'm losing hope on getting on the 500 and I'm not sure what else I can attempt :(
