I bought some SHQ British commandos recently, but I already have Elhiem US paratroopers to go against Germans. Is there a good middle ground between these manufacturers to collect a German army? As long as the troops look good, I don't mind slight differences in size, especially for divisional gaming, where the troops are more of a representation than strictly 1:1 scale affair. I intend to use my minis for platoon -level and divisional gaming. Is PSC good enough to field against mostly metal opponents? I don't want the Germans to be a mere afterthought to Allied special forces, especially since I bought a huge Wehrmacht book recently for Panzer Korps :) |

For AB Germans (not available in the UK) the postage cost will be something else! The figures are not that cheap either. Gotta pay for quality I guess. |

why not stick with shq?
I don't really like the plastic soldier co sculpts
If you are interested in plastics I would suggest a look at pegasus
