Added new Lullubi hill tribe warband Impetus style again to blog. Army Painter as usual.
My first ever converions (other than head/weapon swap) using green stuff. 2 Castaway Arts figures (short kilts) used with Hasslefree heads which being bald were perfect. Rest figures are Newline and couple of Eureka.
Looking forward to more coverting and went better than I expected. (any tips welcome for future sculpting).

Looking great, Colin. Does anybody know what happened to sumer2sargon.blogspot.com ? I really enjoyed the site, but it hasn't been updated in a long while.
Thanks,
John

Hi John,

Nothing happened I'm still kick in'…:-)

I've just been pulled into lots of other projects, Sumer is but one of my many interests.

The aim of Sumer2Sargon was to provide inspirations and as a resource site…it achieves that goal in its current form I hope :-)

What the hot sun burns once again on the Mesopotamian plains I'll blog as time allows….which I'm terrible at regularly doing…Too much to do, so little time!!

…keep the Sumer flame burning!!!

Hi Happy,
Glad to hear from you! I will be using your site to paint my Lullubi and the rest of my 10mm Sumerians. Thanks Colin for solving the mystery of the sumer2sargon BlogSpot ;)

Sorry Colin. I haven't looked back at this exchange for a couple of weeks. I have Magister Militum. I will use Pulse of Battle and To the Strongest. I was a playtester for both sets of great rules ;)
