Lately I've seen several posts about individuals painting figures as Knights Templars. Has anyone painted any as their lesser known contemporaries, the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre? If so, I'd be curious to see any pictures that may be available. Thanks, Tom |

Osprey 155 The Knights of Christ shows on plate A1 a knight Hospitaller carrying the banner of the Holy Sepulcher. They are a branch of this order tasked with guarding the site of the Holy Sep. The banner is a red cross with drops of blood in the four corners, later changed to four little crosses in the four corners. The knights wear the black with white cross surcoat early on. Veni Vedi Vici decals does and appropriate cross in 15 and 25mm. |
