Wow, you did a really splendid job on those! The colors are very striking. I actually have a tank and an APC made up for those, in both grav and tracked versions, and even an assault raft that either vehicle can fit into to make it still more imposing. i'm going to be releasing those frighteningly soon. We spent a lot of time making those look recognizably tankish/APCish but at the same time definitely alien (not as easy as it sounds, lol). I think they came out quite well. |

Truly Inspired! I would love to see how you put the vehicle together. And the camo! Man, that is great. Aliens might see things very differently. And it really gives the impression of seeing the world in a whole other light. |

Thanks all …. glad you like them. You're right you have to think out of the box to come up with something truly alien. Dyehard – see here how i built the vehicle castrarunis.blogspot.com/2014/04/mesonai-scratchbuilds.html Warmonkey – I painted this using a wet on wet technique I use on watercolours , see here for an explanation painting.about.com/od/watercolourpainting/ss/watercolor-techniques-wet-on-wet.htm It is not an easy system to use on minis & takes some practice to get right but on vehicles it is very do-able. Prime the model & base coat , then start to apply bit by bit small amounts of base colour then quickly blend in camo colour while the base is still wet.Small amounts will blend great in a natural way , you just have to prod it into the right direction.Mistakes can easily be fixed with a piece of Tissue paper rolled to a point. Would you believe me if I said there are 2 shades of blue & 3 of green on that model? Hope this helps.. & as always may you be inspired. Z |

Those infantry came out very nice… I was planning black skin and gray armor for mine….but I might borrow this pattern….. As for their armor I forgot about those, and they are monster-big scary looking. Looking forward to their release. I am back logged w khurasan squats and armor so first things first |
