I'm working on a Corvus Belli ancient Spanish army where the shields are separate from the figures. I had so much difficulty getting them glued on that I almost quit & put the lot up for sale. After some trial and error, I hit on a way to keep the super glue off my fingers and get the shields on in one quick go.

The tutorial is a bit lengthy so I've got up here: To save a click, the ingredients of this method are found in this picture. Good luck and good gluing!

Very helpful thank you very much. It has inspired me to get my medievals back out the box.

Thanks guys! There are many ways to go about this. After trying and failing at a number of other methods, I found this to be a fast and efficient way to do this in one go. No more superglue on my fingers was a big plus too. ;-)
