Hi all, Please find below a link to a short battle report link from a game played with one of my young sons. How the presentation of history changes – for him, the Indians are definitely the "goodies"! Anyway, although we did discuss the politics – we mostly just had good fun! Please take a look round the rest of our new site too. Regards, Phil |

The Indians as the good guys?! Times really have changed… The game looks great, and having fun is the most important thing, after all. I've always felt the pull to do a whole Pony Wars set-up (the old rules where everyone was on the same side, and in which the Injuns were certainly NOT the good guys), but have never got round to it. It would be a massive project. Seeing games like yours make me think maybe I should do it one day… Great stuff, and thank you! |

Yes they are. There are some better US cav figs released. Badly needed in 1/72 are dismounted Cavalry troopers. Cool looking game. Thanks, John |

Yes, as John, says, all plastics. The Indians are IMEX and Revell (the former being better for giving you more mounted warriors – John notes the lack of dismounted cavalry troopers; I would like more mounted Indians too). The wagon train itself is a mix of IMEX wagons, Revell cowboys, Airfix American Civil War Union infantry and a few IMEX Union cavalry, I think. Thanks for looking! |

The last photo reminds me of the Sioux painting of Custer's last stand. |
