I've already embarrassed myself one asking the wrong company, so here goes:

At Fall-In, one of the dealers in the hall had Bob Murch's Pulp Figures for sale. Does anyone recall who that was? I want to ask ahead if they'll be bringing them to Cold Wars as well, as there's a couple specific packs I want to pick up. Thanks!

I think it was RLBPS??

Disco Joe06 Feb 2015 1:31 p.m. PST

It should have been Age of Glory. RLBPS didn't attend Fall In.

RLBPS used to carry the range but they no longer do shows. So Age of Glory? But I don't see Pulp listed on their web site…

Their entry here does not list any US dealers….

Aha, it was Age of Glory. Thanks!

Extra Crispy, Steve doesn't list them on his website but he does carry them. If you go out to Pulps website he lists Age of Glory as his US distributor.

Because of American import (and maybe Canadian export) restrictions, Bob Murch normally has a US dealer represent him at the major US conventions. It has been RLBPS in the past. He usually announces it before had. Bob is a TMPer and should chime in on this.

RLBPS no longer does shows? Whats up with that?

Cheaper and more efficient if you get them online.

Decreasing sales. Higher travel expenses. The grind of doing shows.

Bummer. I knew they missed a few, but I always bought something from them when I went to the conventions. RLBPS always seemed to have something new that no one else did.
I'll miss them.

Growing trend among dealers. I can't help but wonder if that also reflects flat to falling attendance at cons, and/or a lack of fresh blood attending as well. It is a shame, but continues the trend.

Trend or not, you can call me old fashioned but I like to see what I'm buying in person. I save up cash for months for these shows and head into that Dealer's Hall on full impulse power. If Dealers don't come they have a greatly diminished chance of getting my money.

Pulp Figures will be available at Cold Wars. Pictors Studio is handling them for us now, but they will be located in the same island as Age of Glory.

Thanks ageofglory.
