Hi all, I am putting together the first scenario in a series of games covering the Battle of Talavera, and the first of these will cover the surprise attack by Victor's troops on Wellesley's rearguard as the allies pulled back over the Alberche River.
I've posted a few pictures of my interpretation of the terrain. If you are interested and would like to see more, then just follow the link to JJ's. link Jonathan |

Nice work Jonathan. Like the way you are adapting the ground scale and representing it nicely with actual terrain. Good looking battlefield. Will follow with interest. |

Really nice playing surface. Is the mat homemade or commercial? |

Cheers Guys, thanks for your comments. Duc de B, the mat is a commercial offering from Terrain Mat. I've been really pleased with it. |

So would that be their Green Steppe mat? |
