Am I right that the follow on books to the rules edition of FoG Naps are nothing more than a series of army lists?

DeRuyter06 Feb 2015 10:29 a.m. PST

Pretty much but with nice photos and filler. One is early war stuff 1800-1810ish and the other is late war though 1815.

Thanks for the confirmation!

Back when I was working withFOG as a researcher and contributor, I submitted expansion armies for FOG-N it included conflicts from the era. The South American War of Liberation was a big section.

Was that way back in v1 days TimePortal?

The latest version of the rules (which are now called "Glory is Fleeting") has lists for the North American 1812 war, but not the South American liberation wars, which are a little small in scale.

That said, there is the possibility of a download-able supplement being put together at some stage, with army lists for the South American Wars of liberation.

Yes it was back in v1. I had been working on the Ancients and Renaissance systems. The Americas models among others. It was fun to work on the lists.

That would be a great addition that needs to be added.
