NICE! Love FLeet Ops. I don't keep records for Fleet Ops I use counters to mark damage for each ship. So there is not record keeping off board and you can glance at the board and figure out how damaged a ship is. |

Where did you get the counters? Thanks, John |

I just use blast markers from LITKO large and small, to represent 2 or 1 damage. Then I use "!" markers to mark crippled. For example a ship with 10 hull points takes 3 damage then I put a large blast marker and a small to mark the damage or 3 small. If the same ship has taken 8 damage I would put a Cripple marker Alert token"!" that represents 1/2 the hull points in this case 5. This also tells the players that the ship will its reduced capability stat line. Then a large blast marker and a small blast marker to represent the last 3 points of damage. Its easy to glance at the board and tell what ships are crippled and which ones are undamaged. The only paper used in the game are the ship stats on a single piece of paper. Alert tokens I use for Crippled markers: link Blast Markers: link |

Very good idea. Now if I could find some Trek stats I'd be set! Thanks,
John |

You can make your stats for Star Trek ships pretty easily. Using the spread sheet. For example Photons double damage slow firing and I give them a shorter range. |

I have Fleet Ops, but have not looked at it in some time. Doesn't it have something on conversion of "regular" Starmada ships to FO? If so (and I seem to recall it being pretty straightforward), it should be possible to port the ships from Klingon Armada etc. over. For tracking status, I'm sure somebody makes a flight stand with a suitable dial. Doug |

With a tracking stand I would still use the alert tokens to let players know the ship is crippled. |
