Hi there,

Other than the older set of CTS German WWII infantry, does anyone know where I might find a Wehrmacht crewed tripod mounted MG in 1/32?

(I already have one of those from CTS, and I'll buy more if necessary, but I want to explore my options. It's not them, it's me.)

I see Andrea Miniatures makes the gun and tripod in white metal – I don't think it would be too difficult to make a crew for it.

Thanks!

I don't know why there is such a shortage of tripod mounted MGs in 1/32. 1/35 plastic kits are an option:

Thanks, 79thPA.

That looks like a good option – at least it's not too expensive to find out. I also see Academy makes a very similar looking kit and rumor seems to be that Academy figures are closer to 1/32 than 1/35. I'll have to check them out, too.

Expeditionary Force now do a couple of versions, one with the large articulated tripod. They are super models. They can be belt or magazine fed (both supplied).
