I just bought these rules via Wargame Vault and I like them… looks like you can play everything with them, from cavemen to science fiction :) … I am planning to use them for Pirates, Sci-Fi, Western and maybe WW2…do you play them? I can not find much on the web, just curious.

I bought a copy a few years back, via a PDF, and printed out some of the pages, and read over them a bit.

I thought they looked rather promising.

Alas, when my last PC died, they were lost, and I don't think I have enough of the info to play them, now, sadly.

The reason I didn't print more at the time was there was a lot of artwork, which tended to suck up the "more valuable than gold, by weight" printer ink.

I tried them, but it seemed like they were too unfinished. There were a lot of holes that I didn't want to take the time to try to fill myself.

I bought them several years ago, as they sounded promising, but I fully agree with Black Cavalier.

However, I think that with with some adjusting there is a GREAT engine hidden within the pages.

For a really fun and multipurpose rulebook I strongly reccomend PULP ALLEY.

If you're already a WargameVault customer, you can even download a FREE start rulebook to check if you like the game mechanics before adquiring the complete version.

Hope that helps.
