"Anyone Deal With Sgt. Major Miniatures?" Topic

I'm thinking about placing an order with them, but I have no knowledge of their customer service and reliability. Anyone ever deal with them? Are they a good business to deal with? Thanks for any feedback!

I just wanted to send out a quick update. I have been ill for the last 9 month, diagnosed with CVS, Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome. Doesn't sound like much, but it has been debilitating to say the least! I had just gotten out of the hospital the week of Historicon last year, so I know some were aware of it from speaking to me at that show. I ended up being in the hospital 9 times in the last 9 months, and it caused me to miss Fall-In! last year. Unfortunately, it will also cause me to miss Cold Wars this year. I am just coming off of an attack, which lasted for 6 of the last 9 days. Worst one was Friday, where I was vomiting violently every 20 to 40 minutes for 19 hours straight. Sorry for the late notice, but I was hoping that I would make the show this year, I have been on some new medications, and made it 2 months without an attack, until last week that is. I have an appointment with a specialist in Baltimore in May, so I am hoping I can get on some sort of medication, or test med or something, and start making conventions again. I will have to make that decision close to show times though unfortunately…

I am still filling orders through my web site. I am running slower than I would like. It is taking me up to 2 weeks to fill orders at some points, not always, but often. If you could let people know who might be wondering, I would appreciate it, it is sometimes hard to get the word out there…

Well I got an order of 3 Indian Elephants and 48 Egyptian Marines. Great service. I got to hospital at least once a month so know what a hastle it is to your life.

Ordered from them once and no troubles.

Ordered one order last year no trouble at all am intending to place another large order when I get myself together and deceide how many of what I need and what other figures I can mix with them.
