Hi Guys and Gals,

I've completed the second base of Beja for my Sudan project. It's taken a little more time than I though but this was interspersed with my Birthday celebrations! They do tend to take it out of you a little compared to when I was younger!!

You can read all about it on my blog, Shooting Leave:
link

Also, here's a taster pic:

Please fell free to make me a happy man and check out my blog.

Cheers,
Darrell.

Nice painting. But I think we have different definitions of "base complete."

Very nice. Great Period.
Will be adding some of their smaller cousins (well Dervish Cavalry to be exact)to my collection at Vapnartak this weekend.

Yes, I can see what you're getting at ;>)

At the present I'm playing around with the composition, it does actually say this on mu Blog ;>)

They will be coming thick and fast not that I've given both the metals and the plastics a run through with the brush. I've actually been out of the hobby for a few months (well, one and off for three years if the truth be told!) due to personal circumstances so it's been a matter of getting used to painting again really.

Blogging and posting up the results are a great way of keeping the momentum going.
