Impressive! However, it did appear several of the onlookers were in mortal danger on a number of those turns.

No sign of the local constabulary. I am amazed they were able to conduct their movement without intense supervision from law enforcement.

Not really. It's mostly just looser injury liability laws, and lower payouts. Pedestrians are not supposed to be standing in the road with traffic on it anyway.
