Can't find my freezywater water book. I have his coat of arms but not his livery. Can anyone help? |

Don't think its listed in the book and I'm not sure they are known. It seems that liveries were not necessarily a set thing anyway. You could use some of the tinctures from his coat of arms and go blue and yellow or possibly red? |

At link one painter's gone for blue and yellow. |

It seems it was red not yellow/blue. This was the livery colours for the Earl of "Ormond" They are mentioned at the back of the book in the gazetteer part. |

I have two from Debrett's Peerage, 1968, p.864 Gules, three covered cups or Wiltshire Archives The Arms borne by Butler, Earl of Wiltshire, were those of Ormond ; or, a chief indented azure. both are blended on Wiki, I prefer the second one and painted him as such |
