As a starter for the Peninsular War try "The Nafziger Collection of Orders of Battle"

The Nafziger Collection contains orders of battle from 1600 to 1945 with over 7000 individual pdf files. It began with the author's interest in Napoleonic Wars, and steadily grew to other areas because of the gaming public's interest in these highly detailed historical orders of battle. Sources range from published works to actual archival documents, which represent the largest single source. Nearly all orders of battle break down to the regimental level. The availability of strength figures and artillery equipment varies from period to period.

The collection was provided through the generous donation of George Nafziger to the Combined Arms Research Library.

Click link for a full file list of the Nafziger Collection, and download the collection's Finding Aid (pdf format link to assist in navigating the titles available for viewing.

The Peninsular OOBs have an S as the second letter.

I don't know of a single work for the Peninsula, but Robert Burnham has done an outstanding work for the French cavalry in Spain:

CHARGING AGAINST WELLINGTON: The French Cavalry in the Peninsular War, 1807-1814
by Robert Burnham

It covers the buildup and loss/drawdown of all the French and French allied cavalry throughout the war. It is a fantastic resource.

You might try Lievan's Russia Against Napoleon. It's a more general work about the Russian war effort 1812-14, but it includes a lot of information about the organization, quality and supply of the Russian Army.

For the Austrians there is Gunther Rothenburg's Napoleon's Great Adversary, which is a nice general overview but a bit dated and getting hard to find, I hear.

Try this book;

Napoleonic Army Handbook; The British Army and her Allies
by Richard Partridge and Michael Oliver.

I think the original post was about the 1813 German campaign? I found pretty comprehensive OB's in a German book by Freidrich: "Geschichte der Feldzugge…" Dated the turn of the 20th century. It was in the University of Missouri-Columbia's stacks in the 80's. This probably isn't much help, sorry (it's been a while).

Nafziger's 3 books about the 1813 campaign are, IMHO, the best.
'Lutzen & Bautzen' is almost impossible to find but 'Napoleon at Dresden' and 'Napoleon at Leipzig' should be on Amazon or George's Web Site. They cover all the battles of 1813 both large and small with many detailed OOB's for all the armies.
