I agree with Zargon, but I would love to see footage of the test flight, might look a lot like early NASA tests where the rocket gets 50 feet in the air and then it all goes sideways. BOOM!

I see a rocket for the launching of peaceful satellites.. not an ICBM.

And as a delivery for a trial nuclear weapon I am sure the retaliation would be very swift..

I am sure the bigger fear is the truck mounted nuclear device that comes in to western nations in a container… that doesn't leave a vapour trail back to its originator (I know they fly outside the atmosphere but I thought Vapour and Paper kind of rhymed.. I am on Cough medicine for a nasty sniffle… At least that is my excuse.)

"retaliation" means responding after the fact. After people have died and places become irradiated.

Preventing Iran from developing nukes and the means of launching them would still be the better plan.
