I'm seeking a rule set for superhero action to play with my son where all the bad guys are powered by some type of A.I. That way we always fight on the same team against the legion of evil! Any game system that already features an A.I. can be suggested as I am not above tinkering. Doesn't need a robust build point system as we are probably just going to stat up our favorites and go to town. Thanks!

Sentinels of the Multiverse is this, but in a card game form, if you're not aware of it.

I played All Things Zombie with my son. Except, for his age, it became All Things Robot. Used Space Marines because they look kind of robot-ish, if you squint. Not superhero themed, but a good co-op game.

Most THW games are good co-op.

I don't own By Savvy and Steel link but I have wondered if swashbuckling could be converted to superheroes.

Another THW game I don't own (I do own almost all the non-Zombie/non-Apocalypse games) is link the PI supplement for link which I have wondered about having conversion possibilities.

The QILS scenarios for Haywire and Infected both have A.I. rules for hordes of opponents going against a smaller number of more powerful guys. Neither is a superhero scenario, but the theme should allow the A.I. to function for a superhero team vs. a ton of bad guys games. Troll/Chupacabra has an A.I. set for one big guy fighting against several smaller guys, so it is the converse superhero scenario, the team vs. the cosmically powerful threat. Putting them together, you can pretty easily set up an assault against a bad guy fortress … fight the bad guy's army (a couple of different times) then fight the boss. No team vs. team A.I.

Zombicide is a great game like that. I thought it cold be fun to use the rules against a hoard of ninjas?

Try Chain Reaction for free to see how the system works.

If that works then you could try other titles that have more detail.
