I am happy to report that TundraCon 2015 was a great success for a first year convention. The support we received from our sponsors and event contributors drew a group of 50 gamers to Appleton WI on a cold January afternoon. An After action report can be found here.

Last night the staff gathered for our debrief and we can now confirm that we will have TundraCon 2016 on Jan 9, 2016. It will be held at the same venue at the American Legion. We hope to see more of you there next year so the con can grow. I'll post updates here on TMP as they become available. Look for some event sign ups to be issued this summer.

I'm sorry to say I never even heard of it. I live only 90 minutes away (Madison), so I would have loved to come and support you guys. I will make a note for next year.

Unfortunately it's on the other side of Lake Michigan. Good luck next year.

T Gerritsen, I'll try to do better about posting things here before next year. I did two posts, but they fall off the front page kinda quickly. I should have submitted a news item, but didn't think of it until the week before the convention. With the usual couple days lag time I figured it wouldn't be up in time. We hope to see you next year. The blog will be updated if you book mark it.

Streitax, if it was summer I'd say take the ferry. :) Doesn't it still run from Luddington?

Yes it does and my wife would love that, alas, we can't count on the Lake freezing over. Can we?

When can people start signing up to host games and where does one do that. Was there last year and was well run. Are WW1 or War of 1812 guys coming back, games looked very cool.
Do you have a link to a hotel close by and can you get us Packer play-off tickets.

Looking forward to Tundracon. Do you have a list of games or a website yet. Had fun last year and hope to again this year. Is the WW1 guy coming back, he had outstanding painted stuff and fun scenario.

Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Tundracon is looking for you. Come run a game or just join the fun. Venue is clean, has bar and restaurant attached. Appleton is an easy one day drive and venue is two minutes off the highway.

Looks like a wide range of events occurring. AWI, sailing ships, Flames of War tournament, sci fi, pre-dreadnaughts, etc. Something for everyone it seems.
