Finished up the paint on 7 buildings based on the Dust Tactics "Warzone Tenement" kits. Lots of additional greebling on these but nothing too specific and the result is a set of buildings that could work in a variety of genres from the mid 20th century through the grim darkness of the far future. Most have accessible interiors.

They're nice mate, never seen those before, where do you get them off?

ordinarybass20 Jan 2015 12:21 p.m. PST

Thanks!
The kits are made for the Dust Tactics game and are available most anywhere that carries that game in a "Warzone Tenement" kit or in the "Operation Cerberus" set. The round roofs are the Dust Tactics "Quonset Huts"

The kits only come with walls and card floors though, no roofs or other details.

Nice!

Nice, they look very diesel punk to me

D6 Junkie20 Jan 2015 5:02 p.m. PST

Very nice, thanks for the ideas.

Nice bashes there. Some very useful ideas. I've been eyeing a few of those. The price always puts me off a bit, but they are pretty.

They aren't the very cheapest buildings compared to scratchbuilding. However, at $25 USD( + a buck for a self-adhesive VCTile for the roof)it's alot cheaper than most any smiliarly sized resin or plastic buildings and IMHO, looks much more realistic than lasercut MDF structures which also tend to be more expensive.

They were also dirt cheap on the recent Xmas holiday special for like $9. USD Mark your calendar for next December.

That's where I got mine. Since FFG has lost the license for Dust I'm hoping they'll have another blowout sale this year. Maybe before December?

Great work with the buildings, very inspirational.

Re FFG, they seem to have removed all but books from their shop site so I'm doubtful of another sale. But I do so hope so.

FFG is still listing most items. The Trick is that for some reason there's a catagory for "Dust Tactics" in the "card and board game" section.

Thanks for pointing out that FFG still lists them.

Please let them have another sale.
I need more…
