Conquest for the Normans. None of the others in plastic yet.

My mounted Vikings are metal figures from Foundry; my mounted Saxons are also metal, but they came from Black Tree Design (BTD). I don't know of any plastic Viking or Saxon mounted figures. The Saxons were, I think, more open to continental tends, so it might be possible to convert Normans into Saxon horse with some head and shield swaps. As many have pointed out on other threads, this was the age of hairy guys carrying pointy things.

Viking or Saxon heads on Gallic bodies, on Rohirrim horses…..made a few once for my son. A bit of greenstuff here and there and they looked alright.

Wargames factory German cavalry would easily convert to dark age cavalry types with a few head swaps.

They are barefoot though. I have used them to make some generic dark ages light cavalry, using GB dark ages heads, spear arms and shields. The GB heads are slightly too big IMO but they look OK. I tried scuplting shoes and didn't do a great job, but for someone with any sculpting skill it would be easy enough.

Crusader Miniatures make mounted Saxons:

They don't do mounted Vikings, but their mounted Dark Age Scots could do for all sorts:

These are the plastic Normans by the way:

If you are USA based, Age of Glory do the Crusader Miniatures.
