Hi all I have just completed these, and I am really happy with them, I had lots of fun basing these, and it was a nice break from painting hundreds of Russian guardsmen. These are for my own collection. Hope you all like. link Richard |

Brilliant….only what we would expect from you. Mind you…Rifles carrying a flag into action? OK, I produced Gendarmes d'Elite in 28mm, 18 figures, to represent the entire contribution to Waterloo…….. and gave them two eagles… But that is different, cos I say so………..and it looks good |

BTW, not just the dead horse…the dead tree and the cotton wool from the muzzles………..nicely done! |

That Leven Miniatures Hougoumont is even better than I had expected, but I'll replace the walls, thinner. Their LHS is the basis for an accurate model, but needs much more work. It is immediately recognisable, almost as a caricature, and I am sure ideal for wargaming, but you would almost need two kits to create the perimeter stables, reasonably. |
